Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to meetcaddy.com and your purchase and use of Caddy. By using the website or the product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

01Description of Service

Caddy is a personal AI operator system installed on your computer. Caddy sells the install package and provides optional services including guided installs, ongoing maintenance updates, and customer support.

02License

When you purchase Caddy, you receive a non-transferable license to install and use the product on your own personal or business computer. The Caddy installation package is licensed, not sold. Ownership and intellectual property rights in the product remain with Caddy.

03Permitted Use

You may use Caddy for any lawful business or personal purpose. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the install package or its components.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any proprietary components.
  • Use the product to engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization when interacting with our service.

04Pricing and Payment

Pricing is shown at checkout. All purchases are processed by our payment provider, Platinum Payment Solutions, and are subject to its terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

05Maintenance Plan

The Caddy Maintenance Plan is an optional monthly subscription that provides access to product updates, new skills, and improvements as they ship. The base install runs indefinitely without the maintenance plan. The plan is required only to receive ongoing updates from us.

You may cancel the maintenance plan at any time. Access to maintenance updates continues through the end of your paid period.

06Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request a refund, email hi@meetcaddy.com with your purchase information and the reason for the request.

07Customer Responsibilities

As the operator of your installation, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your installation, your machine, and your access credentials secure.
  • Maintaining a valid Anthropic Claude subscription, which is required for Caddy to function.
  • Backing up your local Caddy memory and customizations using the built-in backup tools.
  • Complying with all laws applicable to your use of the product.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

Caddy and the website are provided "as is" and "as available." Caddy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the product.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Caddy or the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for the install.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the product or website if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that harms others. Upon termination, your license to use any proprietary components ends.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
